Convert the fraction to a decimal by dividing the top by the bottom,4 divided by 5=.80

To convert to percentage, (%), multiply the decimal by 100= 80%

2 divided by 3, (divide the top by the bottom) =.66  which repeats, multiply by 100 for the precent, 66%
